Company context and personal memory

Your AI may remember how you work, your preferences and the task you are doing. Pensieve holds shared company knowledge drawn from the sources your team connects. The two serve different purposes: personal preferences stay with your AI; company knowledge belongs in the shared context.

Your existing connections

Keep the agent's direct connections to Slack, your CRM, databases and other tools. Pensieve helps it understand which system holds a fact, who owns a decision and what has already been tried. The agent can then use the appropriate tool for the latest detail or an action.

For example, Pensieve can explain a customer's relationship with your company and point to the system holding their account. Their current balance should still come from that system when needed.

Connecting a tool to your AI does not feed it into Pensieve. Choose the sources Pensieve should maintain through Connect data.

Shared across agents

Agents connected to the same context read the same maintained company account. A correction becomes available to other readers of that context; you do not have to maintain a separate company briefing for each AI client.

Source syncing and Page updates take time. For an exact or time-sensitive detail, follow the evidence and check the live system when necessary. Setup & clients connects your AI to this shared account.
