What you choose
Both streams are scoped by object type — companies, people, deals, or your custom objects — and Pensieve reads the notes and transcripts attached to records of the types you choose.
What lands in your map
A call transcript earns its own source document however much filler it contains: the call happened, it concerns the business, it deserves a record. The curation layer decides which pages it belongs on and cites it there.
