NotesCallsMeetings
HubSpot holds the commercial picture, and the parts worth reading are the engagements: what was said on the call, what the note recorded, what the meeting concluded. Each is a deliberate record of something that happened, so each is mirrored.
What you choose
All three streams are scoped by object type — companies, contacts, deals, tickets, or your custom objects — and Pensieve reads the engagements attached to records of the types you choose. Nothing outside those types is visible, and an optional history range trims how far back it reads.
What lands in your map
Notes, calls and meetings become source documents that the curation layer files onto the relevant company, person or project pages — so a customer's page reflects what actually happened with them, not just their CRM fields.
What it can't see
- Records outside the scopes you authorise.
- CRM properties on their own; Pensieve reads the engagement content, not the field-by-field database.
