Notion is usually the highest-value source a team connects, because it is where the reasoning lives. Decisions, briefs, OKRs and retros are written down deliberately, which makes every page an artefact worth keeping — so Pensieve mirrors what you share rather than trying to second-guess it.
What you choose
You authorise Pensieve against your workspace, then pick the pages and databases in scope. Anything you don't share stays invisible; Pensieve cannot browse outside the grant.
Nested content follows its parent, so sharing a top-level project page brings its sub-pages with it — and new pages created underneath it are covered automatically. A brand-new top-level page is the one thing that needs sharing by hand.
What lands in your map
Page and database content, with @mentions preserved so people and projects keep their links. Each claim Pensieve writes onto a page cites the Notion document it came from, and clicking that citation opens the source with the supporting passage highlighted.
What it can't see
- Pages and databases you don't share with the integration.
- Comments, and files attached to a page.
